What’s behind the verdict?
MobileNet V2 looks at the whole image, resized to 224 × 224 pixels. Its ImageNet “hotdog” score is one of 1,000 class scores, not a calibrated probability that the photo contains a hotdog. It can mistake sandwiches and unusual toppings. This recreation uses a documented decision policy and keeps uncertain results visible.
Everything runs locally. The model, runtime and sample gallery are included. This is a fan recreation, not the original HBO model.
